In 2011, 88 properties came on the market (green), 23 were withdrawn (red) and 61 were sold.
In 2012, 60 properties came on the market (green – 32% less), 11 withdrawn (red – 50% less) and 59 were sold (about same).
Therefore, in the past year we have seen supply shrink by 32% and demand remaining constant. This should have an upward pressure on price.
In the past 6 months, 22 properties came on the market (green), 5 were withdrawn (red) and 20 were sold.
